Working Hours
During standard business operations, the working hours typically span from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, providing ample time for employees to fulfil their duties and contribute to the company’s objectives. However, during the summer and winter seasons, there are adjustments to the daily work schedule to accommodate seasonal variations and ensure operational efficiency. Throughout the summer, which encompasses a period of 26 weeks, employees are engaged for 10 hours each day. This extended duration allows for optimized productivity during the longer daylight hours characteristic of the summer months. This allocation of time enables employees to efficiently manage their tasks and contribute effectively to the company’s operations, maximizing output and achieving organizational goals. Conversely, during the winter period, also spanning 26 weeks, the daily working hours are adjusted to 9 hours. This adaptation accounts for the shorter daylight hours and potential weather-related challenges prevalent during the winter season. By reducing the daily hours slightly, employees can maintain productivity levels while accommodating the seasonal changes and ensuring their well-being and safety during adverse weather conditions. These seasonal variations in working hours demonstrate the company’s commitment to flexibility and adaptability, allowing employees to maintain optimal performance while aligning with the natural cycles of the seasons. This approach promotes employee satisfaction, work-life balance, and overall organizational effectiveness, contributing to a positive and conducive work environment. The Role
